Biography
Nancy’s practice is comprised of general counsel representation for public and private clients and representation of clients in complex commercial cases including multi-jurisdictional class action and anti-trust litigation, and representation of clients in state court throughout New Mexico and in federal court. A significant portion of Nancy’s practice is also transactional and real estate related matters. Nancy’s clients in all practice areas have been maintained often over many decades and through changes in key client representatives. Nancy’s litigation practice has resulted in significant and often cited precedent in the areas of civil rights and land use law, among others. For many years, Nancy has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell ©, the highest rating given for legal ability and ethics.
